When do I get my cart?

Carts are delivered the day before, or morning of your event.

When is my cart picked up?

The following day, or if you had a weekend party: Monday.

How long does my cart stay cold?

Our carts stay cold over 48 hours.

Does your company do fundraising events?

Yes. Schools, churches, relay-for-life are a few examples of non-profits and other organizations that use Frosty Freeze carts.

Can you do large events?

Yes, Frosty Freeze can cater large events. Please contact us for more information.

How far do you deliver the cart program?

We deliver to the greater Colorado Springs and Denver area. If you are outside of this area, please contact us to see if we can accommodate your request.

How do I pay for my cart?

We accept credit cards, cash or checks. Payment is due upon delivery. Special orders require a 50% deposit.

I do not need a cart, but want to buy your ice cream. Can I buy just a few boxes?

Yes, cash & carry is open all summer. Call for hours.

How much ice cream does a cart hold?

We have 2 sizes. Small carts hold a maximum of 300 pieces of ice cream, and large carts hold a maximum of 600 pieces.

Can I just rent the cart?

Yes, but you must pay for the minimum 6 boxes of ice cream.

How do I reserve a cart?

We must receive your order form via fax or mail in lieu of a deposit.

Do you sell dry ice?

Yes, this product is seasonal product May-September. Contact us for pricing.

I own a store, do you have freezers?

Yes, we are Blue Bunny and La Michoacana providers.

Can I return the ice cream that I do not use at my event?

No, all ice cream ordered is a non-refundable sale.

Do you sell to ice cream vending trucks?

Yes, we carry the best exclusive items for a vending program.
